This is, BY FAR, the best jetski rental experience I have had thus far. They were super responsive and attentive to all our needs swiftly.
One cool thing about this company is that they are not limited to one docking spot, which in my case, was extremely important since they told me right away that we would want to consider driving a bit longer so that we launch from further in the water in order to avoid a particular area which was restricted to low speeds only due to some seasonal issues. (I wonder if a different companyâwhich has its dock in one placeâwould be so honest).
They do not hold anything on your card; they provide free drinks for your ride, and, best of all: THE GUIDE SNAPS PICTURES FROM YOU AND SENDS THEM TO YOU FOR NO CHARGE!!! Our guide sent us 48 pictures and videos free of charge!!

Adventure fun but booking was very tough

I would recommend this adventure but not going through Viator. I was on the phone and online help for over an hour trying to get this adventure booked. A couple of issues.
1. Company name was not provided at first. There are so many adventures with similar names and customer service representative was having problems locating the one I wanted. At first they offered a more expensive one.
2. Meeting location was incorrect.
3. I was charged for 3 travellers, when I should have been charged per Jet Ski. (2 drivers and 1 passenger). Iâm waiting for my refund for the passenger. Even Lustre Watersports called your support line to say this.
I was finally able to find out the companyâs name and phone number. I called them directly and got everything I needed.
